Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, is the second of the seven main chakras. It’s believed to be located below the navel, near the perineum. It’s associated with pleasure, sexuality, creativity, and joy. The sacral chakra is often depicted as a vibrant orange lotus flower, and some traditions link it to sensuality, sexual intimacy, and the divine feminine. When balanced, it allows us to freely experience pleasure and joy. If blocked, it can manifest as either an underactive or overactive state.
