Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
To be as eco-friendly as possible Crystal Galaxy Shop will often re-use packing materials and boxes from our suppliers and other shippers. In addition, any new packaging materials will be recyclable, reusable, and/or compostable. If packing peanuts are used to ship your order, please note that they are certified 100% compostable and they disintegrate in water without polluting groundwater resources.
Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed unless otherwise noted in the product listing. We do not ship on US holidays. All domestic shipments are made via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and can be tracked once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly upon shipment of your item(s). Crystal Galaxy Shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Ownership of the package and its contents is transferred at the time of shipment or if it is a digital product when the digital product is made available to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to most countries around the world. However, there are some restrictions on certain products and destinations. Please see our full list of restrictions below.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for international orders vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you place your order.
Shipping Times
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
Import Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs Policies
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
Including a copy of your order confirmation with your shipment
Declaring the full value of your shipment
Refund Policy
We do not refund shipping charges for international orders. However, if your order is refused by customs or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will refund the cost of the products (excluding shipping).

If our payment system processes an order from one of these countries, your order will be refunded.
